Forty five Fellowships will be awarded to outstanding students from nations around the world, planning to begin doctoral programs in science, technology or engineering at US universities. Fulbright New Century Scholars Program

About 20 Fellowships will be awarded to outstanding research scholars and professionals from nations around the world in order to allow them to work together with 10 American counterparts on study of the topic “The University as Innovation Driver and Knowledge Center”.
